Michael Lorimer is a chartered town planner with over 10 years experience working in both public and private practice, having previously been a Senior Planner with Aberdeenshire Council.
He is involved in a diverse range of projects, helping secure permission for complex housing, business and mixed-use developments. He has also been extensively involved in the preparation and progression of large scale Development Frameworks and Masterplans through the planning process for major house builders across North East Scotland.
Secured planning permission in relation to 3,000 new homes and 10 hectares of employment land at Countesswells, Aberdeen for the Stewart Milne Group and members of the Countesswells Consortium.

Secured planning permission for redevelopment of A Listed Broadford Works, Aberdeen for residential-led mixed use Urban Village for Ferness Investment Holdings Ltd.
