Socially Conscious Capital / Wemyss and March Estate

This involved the successful promotion of the site as a residential led, mixed use allocation in the emerging Local Development Plan, followed by preparation and negotiation of a major planning application underpinned by a masterplan. The Planning Permission in Principle application was approved in June 2017.
Kingsway East, Dundee
Secured Planning Permission in Principle for a major, mixed-use masterplan proposal on a former industrial site on behalf of I&H Brown and Lidl.
