Ryden | Planning

Ryden’s planning team has just submitted a planning application to City of Edinburgh Council for the new Innis & Gunn Brewery on behalf of Innis & Gunn and Heriot-Watt University. This is a major milestone and is for what will be the first new brewery in the city for 150 years.

The brewery will be built to meet the rising demand for Innis & Gunn’s award-winning beers, and it is anticipated that up to 30 new jobs will be created, with Innis & Gunn’s existing 45 office based team relocating from offices in Edinburgh’s Randolph Crescent.

Ryden has also provided planning consultancy input for the new Strategic Campuswide Masterplan, The National Robotarium planning application and previously delivered consent for the award winning GRID Building at the Riccarton Campus that opened last year.
