Ryden | Planning

Glasgow City Council has granted planning permission for a spectacular new apart-hotel to be built at the corner of Clyde Street and Dixon Street in Glasgow City Centre.

Ryden Planning is providing advice to developer and operator Citihome. This is their second apart-hotel development, the first being in Gibraltar.

Plans propose the demolition of the present office and retail building at the address, ahead of a substantial development which is also set to include a ground-floor restaurant, bakery and cafe, penthouse suites, a gym, and meeting rooms.

The architectural team comprises MDS Architecture, Johannesburg; AITA, London; Alex Mcgregor Architect, Glasgow; and Young and Gault (Architecture and Design) Ltd, Glasgow.
